Croc-Pot Porridge

This porridge is from Tosca Reno's book The Eat-Clean diet cookbook

1/2 cup cracked wheat
1 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
1/2 cup rye flakes
1/2 cup brown rice
1/4 cup wheat germ
6 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup raisins
1 1/2 Tbsp vanilla
pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg

1. Place all ingredients in a 3 quart crock pot. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Cover.
2. Set on lowest cooking temperature and cook overnight.
3. Spoon into cereal bowls in the morning and serve.
Option: Use applesauce on top in place of sugar.
I used with rice milk.
